Reclaim your strength in mind, body, and spirit during this six-weeks programs with an intentional focus on healthy habits, behavior modification, and positive thinking.
A special program designed to assist women in strengthen their body, renew their mind, deepen their faith, and improve intimacy in their marriage. This program has group social and fitness sessions that includes spouse/partner. Women and their spouse will gain a better understanding of the female body, her hormones, communication strategies, physical activities, and ways to improve intimacy. Program is limited to eight (8) couples.

An executive leadership program for women seeking to live well while excelling in leadership. Session pricing various based on individual or group coaching. Program launching Winter 2027.
This is for the individual that is serious about improving their wellness, life, or leadership. An intentional goal is set for next four weeks with weekly support, motivation, and resources provided to assist individuals in meeting their goal.
