My ADHD Story.

There were seasons when I was doing everything I knew to do. Working, leading, serving, raising my family, and pursuing purpose while privately trying to hold it all together. I navigated divorce, single motherhood, a child with ADHD, ministry, entrepreneurship, and the daily demands of being the person others depend on. Like many women, I became very good at showing up but showing up and being well are not always the same things.

For years, I didn’t fully understand why my mind never slowed down, why organization felt harder for me, or way my body never seemed to want to rest at night. After navigating ADHD with my oldest child, I eventually learned I too had ADHD. That discover reframed my story. I now understood how I was designed and learned how to work with my brain instead of against it.

From Surviving to Leading.

As my life evolved, so did my calling. I built a career in wellness, leadership, and organizational development as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, corporate wellness strategist, fitness professional, speaker, and leadership coach. My programs have been recognized at both the local and national level for helping people and organizations create environments where people can truly be well.

God then expanded my assignment from wellness to equipping women to be effective transformational servant leaders transforming lives, strengthening their communities, and leading with purpose.
