Transform your life with this eight-weeks program focused on habit formation, goal setting, weight management, and chronic disease prevention. Improve the core essentials to wellness, apply the Cs of success, and learns strategies to align the seven health aspects of wellness. Select from three tracks: Doing It Wellness Lifestyle Change, Doing It Diva (Women Only), or Doing It Fitness Platinum. Program consists of weekly live group virtual sessions, meal plans, recipes, fitness plans, private facebook group, and access to Doing It Fit fitness classes and recordings. Participant commits to making two payments (one each month).
