Learn ways to improve your sleep, eating habits, body composition, stress, and more. Program designed for individuals with a BMI of 25 or above and/or at risk of developing a chronic disease such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease. Program consists of weekly live group virtual sessions, individual assessment, and monthly individual goal sessions.
