Learn ways to improve your sleep, eating habits, body composition, stress, and more. Doing It Well. (20 slots). Program designed for individuals individuals with a BMI of 25 or above and/or at risk of developing a chronic disease such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease. Program consists of weekly live group virtual sessions, meal plans, recipes, fitness plans, private facebook group, and access to Doing It Fit fitness classes and recordings.
